Hello to all. i'm new to the forums, i have a 2007, and the ABS and Trac control lights comes on sometimes, this happens when the breaks are applied. but only some times, not every time. the problem seems to be coming from the right front break. it feels like it is sticking, then frees up. the lights will stay on for a few blocks then go away. i'm pulling off the tire this morning to look at the breaks. and i will do a search in the forums to see what i can find. if anyone can help point me in the right direction. I would be great-full, thanks for your time Bryan

 

Had the same problem on a 2007 Cobalt SS. Seems to be a common problem on this platform. Turned out to be the wheel hub & bearing. Covered under the 100,000 drive train warranty. Hope this helps.
