AC Blower Problems

Good evening everyone. Ive been lurking for a few years and have never needed to post because i usually find my answer in the forums. I cant figure this one out though and im lost. My blower goes on and off usually when i tap on the in car relay or i hit a bump. Ive replaced last year the blower motor, resistor, and ac comtrols so i know all of that stuff should be good. Im guessing bad ground or short but i dont really kmow where to start. I would appreciate any insight.

Is the relay firmly seated? Can you swap that relay with a known good one?

It is and I have. It all works fine again until i hit a bump or tap the relay. Sometimes itll even just work and i think i got it fixed then it randomly cuts out again. So stressful

Was this happening before you replaced stuff? Just to be sure which relay and fuse are you jiggling? Is the ground wire on the resistor good? Does the relay "click" when jiggled? All of the connectors good?

None of this was going on before i replaced stuff. I replaced blower/resistor last year after blower went out. Ac controls shortly after that last year because they quit working and blower speed knob broke off. Im tapping the blower relay under the dash i believe its #30. I think ground wire on resistor is good dont know how to check. Relay used to click before i replaced it.

A VOM to check for continuity of the wire and to ground.. My guess is that one or more of the connectors that were disconnected then reconnected have either loosened themselves up or gotten corroded.

Start wiggle and jiggle testing.
