I have a 2008 hhr and the air blows fine on all speeds just not out of the front vents. It only comes out of the top defrost vents and the floor. I had this problem on my 2000 astro and it was a small vaccum hose, where do i start looking?

You haven't hit any "birds" on the road have you? Don't ask.

It's likely the mode cam or the link on it is at fault ($42.55 plus tax) unless something got lodged in the heater module to prevent the vent flap from opening.

Hopefully it's the control head or wiring....anything else will be painful.

 

so there isnt a vacuum hose that fell off?

 

No vacuum involved in this system.
