That's a question for the shop that would potentially be doing the work. Calling around will not give you any good answers. They need to look at it and give you an estimate. We cannot give you an accurate answer without seeing it in person. The suggestion to bolt in a donor axle is a good one.

"IF" it could be straightened out, they would still have to pull the axle out and put it on a jig to try and fix it. That would be the correct way to attempt a repair like that. Most shops would probably tell you it's cheaper and faster to just get a replacement.

I used to work in a repair/body shop. I've seen similar problems like this.
Find a replacement axle. Easier in the long run.

The bent axle beam is bent and to straighten it would require heat and pressure, this could weaken the steel , also the metal could flex and eventually crack at its weakest point, so a replacement used axle beam would be most prudent.

Don't forget the sorry sway bar inside the beam. Looks like that bent also.

I called some local auto wreckers and was able to acquire a rear axle for 100$!!!!

It will be ready within the next day or 2.
