I had a headlight stalk melt in my 2004 Saturn Vue....thought the plastic fumes were gonna make me pass out...they were that strong even with windows down!

Spooky, welcome! Finally, another member from the panhandle. I believe most dealers need to provide a replacement car until the problem is fixed. That gives them the incentive to fix it quicker. Force the issue and quote the lemon law.

Sorry you got such a bad HHR. Mine has been great!
