Remote start battery replacement

I think the battery on my remote start/keyless entry is going dead. I tried opening it but i dont wanna break it. Is there anything special u need to do or just use some elbow grease.

I've been useing the same remote since August and I have no problems.

Batteries in the little key fobs tend to last me a couple of years.
