Harbor Freight has their Serpentine Belt removal tool on sale for $9, regular price $19.99. I think it's on sale at least to he end of the week.

I am due for a belt change and bought the tool after seeing the problems others have had releasing tension on the belt.

Be aware that you must either modify this tool (cut the handle), or remove the motor mount (both pieces) in order to change the belt. It is easier to remove the motor mount! Less time, fewer skinned knuckles.
