on my 2011 when the fan dont work…..seems like the sweet spot for the “love tap” to get it going is from the bottom, right below center of glove box. So far been 100%. Any idea’s. Intermittent electrical problems are the worst!…lol

Loose connections like the ground point, the relay connection, the blower motor, even the HVAC control module.

Yeah,…..I was just wondering if there was a common gremlin. Guess I will remove the insulating cover so I can check the current paths next time its not working

You can make sure all the fuses and relays are firmly seated in both fuse panels, and make sure the under hood fuse block halves are tight, the 5 bolts are 7mm

My experience with electric motors is that if they need a 'kickstart' the bearings are going or gone.
Replacing the motor is not as difficult as it seems.
Takes about an hour of cutting out and instakllng new one.
For me the hardest part was remembering to empty the glovebox before removing it.

We are assuming that you have taken the filter out and looked for something blocking the fan blades. Lots of reports of 15 year old filters falling into the fan.
"Stopped working on high" pretty much narrows it down to the switch, since high bypasses the resistors.
