2009 hhr 2.2. Manual trans. Heater blower failure. Switch? Blower?

I first noticed the issue when the setting for the blower stopped working on its highest setting. Over time the other settings started malfunctioning. Now it barely works and sometimes a "friendly" bump is needed to get it moving. Could this be solely a switch issue or am i looking at motor replacement? Winter is coming!! Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thx

Where do you bump it, by the glovebox or the HVAC switches panel?

Sounding like motor to me. You could gamble on a new switch or test it. Just remember it is not wired the way you think it is; the switch goes to ground the bat+ goes directly to the motor.
