I was out running a few errands this afternoon, and at one of my stops, I was going to open the sunroof. As the sunroof was opening, I heard a crack! After a quick "look see" it was quite obvious what it was.......


I had made the dealer my next stop on my errand list. Can you believe they actually wanted to keep Dory for the rest of the day ? (was 3:30 at the time) Um, what's there to diagnose, I can understand that the part might have to be ordered and then take a day to fix, but for a diagnosis? Well after getting the manager involved, the part was ordered after only 5 minutes of "diagnosis".

 

Never seen something like that happen!! There was no need for them to keep the car!?! What were they thinking

 

Hence the reason for the manager involvement!

 

They probably were thinking that a lot of people don't want to drive around a car with a broken sunroof.

 

I would much rather have my car than leave it at the dealership any day!!

 

Definately the way I felt!

 

Mine goes in Tuesday for a full Sunroof replacement. Wish me luck!
