My wheel controls haven't been working in a while so I took the time to look at it today. Almost every wire in the harness was broken! Not only were they broken at the clockspring connector they were broken internally about an inch up from the connector. Has anyone had this experience? I fixed it but i'm going to order a new harness anyway.

 

No, I haven't, but it sounds like the wires were pinched either by a repair or from the factory.
