Bulletin pic4677f
I have never posted here before, but I can't find much on this bulletin. I have a 08 HHR and came across this bulletin when searching for multiple engine code issues. I have a lot of check engine codes and this bulletin looks like the fix and has something to do with replacing terminals on connector C3 on the VCIM at terminal 2,3,8, and 9. Trying to get my hubby some help. Illustrations and pictures would be helpful.

Google returns lots of info. I think the one you are talking about is the connector to the ECM.
Sometimes you can fix it by DISCONNECT the negative terminal on the battery, THEN remove and reinstall the connectors to the ECM and add some dielectric grease to the contacts. Sometimes one or two of the pins can be loose or have the wires get frayed.
The VCIM is the OnStar/Bluetooth module. That lives behind the rear quarter panel cover, passenger side (I think). The same fix is described.

Welcome to the site
The p0300 is random cylinder misfire the p0301 is cylinder number one misfire and p0354 is coil number four primary fault.
You may have more than one thing happening here.
I'm thinking you have a bad coil on number four cylinder and maybe some carbon build up.
I would guess that if you fix the p0354 code and run some fuel cleaner through it the others may go away.
