A/C air flow works sometimes and sometime not what could be the problem seems to turn on when I go over rail road tracks or bumps any ideas where the problem could be coming from use to work fine when I first bought the car it has just started to stop working . Thanks for any help.

Being that it's a 2011, do you have the bumper to bumper warranty left? If so, let the dealer take a look.
If you want to fix it yourself, sounds like maybe a loose wire connection.
If the blower is actually stopping and not just changing vents(diverting to defrost or heater vents) then you'll just have to trace it down.
I would start with checking the fuses, then the fan switch on the waterfall. They're easiest to get to.
