Canadian powertrain warranty question
hi all
this started about 3 weeks ago with a PO300 code that would set the cel randomly.
the light came on a couple more times in the past week but goes off after a couple starts.
today i decided to buy a code reader and it gave the following 2 codes:
PO303(cylinder missfire) and P1174(undefined) appeared.
after some searching it seems these are fuel injector related.with a tsb to replace all 4 injectors and do an ecm software update.
my question is:
are the fuel injectors covered under the canadian 2007 powertrain warranty.
i see on the stickys here that they are covered under the americam pt warranty.
thanks,jeff

Can't answer specifically because I'm from the U.S., BUT your Owners Manual and related paperwork that comes with the Manual should answer that question with some validity....other owners will probably only give their opinions.
You could also call a dealer and speak with the SERVICE MANAGER to see if it's covered.

well were dropping the hhr off at the dealer for them to work on saturday, hopefully it will be under warranty.had another issue today ,the tc light came on and had a couple hard shifts.turned the car off a\nd it reset.
will have to get them to check the 2 solenoids on the top of the engine also.
will report back next week.

hi all
got the hhr back this afternoon.
took 4 new injectors and a computer upgrade.
all fell under the powertrain warranty.
fuel consumption fell from 11.1L/100kms to 8.4L/100kms(mixed city/country)
got a spare key and it programmed while i was there also.
regards,jeff
