Check engine light on what does this code translate to?
Autozone gave me the code of po442 along with a list of things it could be. First on the list is the gas cap. Is there a way to check it before I just go buy one? Thanks

Welcome to the site, the code could be set by a faulty fuel cap, or other problems

Many time its just because you didn't go the 3 clicks past tight.

That type of code can take up to 20 cold starts to clear itself, or to reset.
