Check gas cap then later p0455
Update: Removed, No air blows either way through the Vapor Canister Purge Valve. Checked connections for grit or sand with finger. This thing did live in the desert for many years. I also did the same with the back canister valve.
I don't smell any gas in the area. I'll need to jack the car up to crawl up in there.
Although, the codes won't disappear until the completion of the mysterious DTCs.

What is mysterious about the codes?
Are those codes Current or stored?
So, you are just going to ignore the CIRCUIT code? Maybe start with the fuse #64 under hood, then look at the vent solenoid connector/wires.
The vent valve is "normally open", so if it is malfunctioning it would cause a leak (the other 2 codes).
Circuit codes mean there is either an open or shorted circuit, that could be caused by a bad connection bad wires, a bad fuse or a fried coil in the solenoid.

Time for me to fix this.
I have been given 30 days to fix this by the highway patrol.
I'm down to a small leak code, current, not stored.
I'm reviewing all the great help everyone has given me and will report back.
Thanks again!

I went looking for the TSP mentioned in number 11 above. No luck, but I found this, a more recent document, somewhat different discussion.

I gave up and took it to a mechanic.
They replaced the canister valve solenoid.
I had already replaced that. But, they found a seal was missing between the solenoid and the canister. They found an o-ring that fit and all is well.
I suspect that when I replaced the solenoid I left that seal on the old part, instead of moving it to the new solenoid. Thus fixing one issue and creating a new one.
Thanks for all the help!

For anyone dealing with codes P0442/P0455 in the future, I found the service bulletin.
