Chevy HHR LT 09 Service ESC/Traction

I’ve recently had these lights on about two days ago. I had no clue what was going on till I looked up some solutions, though I couldn’t find anything that made any sense.

This HHR has around 150k in mileage. It drives fine and brakes fine, but it’s terrifying to see those warnings pop up every time I need to get to a place.

If anyone has any suggestions on what I should do, please let me know!

Welcome to the site, have you had any problems with potholes? Any loose wires dangling under the HHR near the front tires? Any evidence of rodent activity under the hood?
Have you inspected the under hood fuse panel for loose fuses , relays upper and lower halves of the box itself?
How old is the battery?

The Chevy does need some new suspension as taking any potholes makes it sound dry. The battery is brand new. And I haven’t given it a look under the hood yet. No rodent problem to my knowledge. Fuse panel looks good and not so sure about those loose wires or which one to even look for.

I was thinking in taking into an electronic garage (or something around those lines) to see what they can find. But I honestly want to try and figure it out first before taking it there.

All of those lights and warnings are the OBD system telling you that it has detected a fault or problem. You need to get a good code reader and pull the trouble codes. You need a code reader that can read ABS systems also.
Once you get the codes pulled, they should point you to the problem area.
If you still need help from this forum then post up the actual trouble code numbers. Ex.-P0001, P0002 etc.
(Post the actual code numbers only ! No descriptions or code definitions since those can be very vague and sometimes misleading.)

The logic behind the suspension question is could the pot holes have caused the hubs to stop signal to the ABS system , traction control

I see, will certainly do that. I’ll come back with the exact code if I do come to a complete loss. Thank you!

That does sound plausible. We’ve been taking pot holes for over 2 years and it just started recently. Though it might have just got messed up now. Will get it checked out.

I wonder what the TPMS light might mean? Or, what does the BRAKE light mean?
