I have 08 engine light come and goes plus abs and t/c lights are on..... when engine light comes on it throw the code P0010 I was told it was the intake cam / act solenoid circuit B1 runs great but acts up like it wants to stall.... any help would be great

Go ahead and replace the intake solenoid as noted by 843de - then disconnect the negative post on the battery for 5 minutes (heck, even 15 seconds worked for me) to reset the CEL. That should resolve the problems for you.
It's not that big a job at all - 30 to 40 minutes with minimal tools should do it.
