Cracked wheels HHR SS

I have cracks developing from the valve stem area on all four wheels on my 2008 SS. I have 87000 miles on the vehicle and wanted to see if anyone else has had an issue. Also to let other know they coud have a problem in the future.

to the forum Tenbolt!

It sounds like you have a serious issue potentially, have you had a tire dismounted to see if the cracking has extended through the complete thickness of the rim? Also can you post a pic of the cracks, I did a search of the forum posts and came up with nothing like what you're describing.

Have you contacted your dealer or Chevrolet about this? Regardless of the fact that you're out of warranty, there might be something Chevrolet can do for you as cracked rims are a serious deal.

Take the vehicle to the dealer. Speak with the Service Manager. Request a review by the Area Service Manager from GM or whatever they are called now.
