Cranks ,no start . After changing cam solenoids

2009 hhr 2.4 automatic.
There was some wrench turning done by a guy that said he was able to swap the transmission out a while back . I ended up getting it towed back to my house and finished it . Just torque converter bolts, case bolts . Cv ext…
it’s been sitting a while and it’s needed again .
it was throwing the cam sensor code p0010…..
and alternator wouldn’t charge and ran rough . Alternator was hooked up to the starter solenoid. Swapped it over .
changed the cam sensors and solenoids and at the same time found 2 ground wires that go from the block to the front core support on a stud with no bolt loose .
after all that was done it cranks but wont start. Idk what to do . If it was a sensor, or the solenoids. Or the grounds being put in right if something shorted or idk . If I can get pointed to a thread or any ideas I’d appreciate it thank u

Try tightening the 4 bolts in the fuse box under the hood, real tight!
Push all the relays and fuses firmly into place. Check wire routing.

Sounds like Bozo left a lot unfinished. I would start with the fuse box bolts; they need to be tighter than "afraid to strip"; there are a hundred or so connections that need to click in. Then remove the valve cover and look at the timing chain. any slack is bad.

How did it throw P0010 if it won't start? What changed since it did start?
