well I was able to tighten the 4bolts on the fuse box they were loose tighten them up a lot still no start pulled the TCM connection of cleaned with nylon brush put a bit of Dielectric grease on the holes side plugged back up n still No start? Should I put more grease on the Connection?

You’ve mentioned the TCM numerous times. Is there something you’re not telling us ? Why only mention the TCM ? Could just as easily be a ECM or BCM problem.

just from what I saw on YouTube, should I put grease on them other two connections? I put a small amount on the TCM or should I smear the grease on to make a better connection?

So when you Jumpstarted it, where did you hook up the jumper cables? If one clamp was on the post on the side of the fuse block with the 2 red wires, it blew the EPS fuse and possibly fried the fuse block. And there should only be 1 red wire on that post.
