If that is the case and it happens to be a bad sensor, are they easily replaced?

I know mine works, but I do notice that it triggers on the headlights before I would like. Like when it's getting dark but not dark enough to have headlights on. Does that mean it will act like yours soon?

Any adjustment for that? Or does a new sensor fix that?

Read the back of your license and it actually states when light should be turned on/off. They come on at the appropriate government mandated time. You can look up your states laws.
Headlight Laws Vary Little Throughout the Nation | DMV.org Articles
For California, You must use your headlights 30 minutes after sunset and leave them on until 30 minutes before sunrise.

Once you take 3 hours to get the top of the dashboard off it is a twist & pull. No adjustment, if you want them always on cover it with something.

My 2006 has the turn signal drl's and with the depo housing they look killer. When the headlights come on everyone gets to see Gregg's four led rings out back! However, I can't help but think he looks like a grand caravan from far away, they have the same four led rings now!

When you ordered your Depo's did you specify DRL? There should be a difference because of the heat generated by the park light bulbs. I have noticed that some new assemblies have "DRL" embossed on them along with the DOT info.

Wow you are a wealth of knowledge. I've had then in for over a year and never knew. I bought them off the forum from someone who had then on his ss. I guess I got lucky. I just looked and at the end it says drl 06 . Is their a structural difference? Main reason I purchased them is that the stock housings which are in my garage had actually melted the Amber lens over the drl.... That's good to know.
specifically says "335-114 OR SAE HR15P DRL 06"

The melting thing, I think.
You should use the bulb listed in your Owner Manual, not the one listed in the parts book. It is a bit cooler.

well those bulbs have been in there for at least 4 years and them might even be original. No problem with the new housing so far. But it doesn't have an amber cover over the bulb inside the housing so that might help
