Clear water or coolant? The pan isn’t that deep for the face level vents do you mean the floor vents behind the console?
take it to a reputable Automotive HVAC shop, the dealerships don’t even remember our HHR’s , let alone work in them.

What do you want a dealer to do for free? Why are you going to a dealer? I am assuming you mean a GM dealership. Any mechanic can do that.
You do know that the car is 11 years old?
Is water draining onto the ground? I am guessing "no". That and the fact that water is being blown out the vents means that the condensate pan is not draining; that means that something is blocking the drain. The only way to get to the pan is to spend several hours dismantling the dashboard (flat rate labor 7.7 hours). They are giving you a break by only doing what is cheap and the typical fix.
I don't know why they would charge $200 to diagnose, that only takes 10 seconds.

Until you can get it fixed, if you don't run the AC, or use either of the defrost settings, or use recirculation mode, no new condensate water will go in the pan.

I know it's not much help, being that it's summertime and you need the AC.

It's clear water, and yes I'm mad about the dealer because when I called to set up for them to diagnose it,they said they would have to go into the dash,so I agreed to pay what they said for that,I get back and they told me all they did was blow out the drain hose and tell me they won't go into the dash, and get a bull**** story about why they shouldn't have told me that in the first place,I'm mad because they told me that's what they were gonna do then didn't,not trying to get free ****,just trying to get what the stated, that's all

Did you see the flat rate is 7.7 hours to get to the condensate pan? They may be able to slip a fiber-optic camera into the vent and get a look in there. But you could do that, bore scopes are less than $20 that attach to a smart phone.

Something is blocking the drain. Usually, that is something in the tube, sometimes it is a blob of something floating around in the pan. Sometimes the foam dissolves the blob, usually blowing out the tube works. 3 solutions, two for less than $100 one for more that $1000. Would you prefer to get surprised with a bill for $1000?

It is possible for the fan to blow water from the pan out the vents. I have witnessed it.

Di water run out on your face when you snaked it? That would be the good sign.
