You let off fuel pressure, by removing the fuel pump fuse and let the engine idle until it stops, then remove tge 2 10mm head bolts that hold the rail in place , remove the fuel injectors and squirt throttle body cleaner in the holes. You don’t have to remove the fuel line, but it helps. You need a tool for that.
