Dreaded intermediate shaft?

I’ve reviewed the video, again.
try to snug the pinch bolt at the intermediate steering shaft to EPS motor, it’s a 13 mm and get torqued to 25 ft lbs

there should be enough room to reach up and grab the shaft , then wiggle the steering wheel as you did and see if the shaft is moving within the slide part of it. Sometimes the white lithium grease dries out and the shaft gets noisy.

thanks, I'll check it out. I did pull that bolt out once already to see if I could pull the shaft up a touch, but if course the shaft is keyed? for the bolt, so that didn't work.
