I just started having some problems randomly with my 06LT and can't figure out whats going on so far. The other day my console stopped lighting up as well as the little roof light. These are the lights that the dimmer dial controls. And now I just found out last night that my night time running tail lights are not working as well. The brake lights work when you press the brake or signals/hazards but theres nothing otherwise. I have checked what fuses I thought were related but I can't find any bad ones.

Can anyone provide any insight as to where I should start digging? Is this stuff controlled by the brain unit? I just got back from a big road trip so i'm wondering if something got knocked loose.

 

On older vehicles, if you had head, signal and brake lights, but no tail lights, the culprit was usually the headlight switch. Don't know if this holds true for newer cars or not.

 

Found it , burnt parking lamps fuse #69. Also noticed that pretty much every fuse in the engine bay box was loose!
