Emissions Test OBDII

Emissions Test OBDII
Just looked at my engine via OBDII and the emissions test came up with a few NOT PASSED entries.
My 2007 HHR (119,500 km) is very well maintained with no current issues or CEL codes but the NOT PASSED entries have me wondering if I need a new O2S2 sensor. Attached are the readings from my OBDII….the Trim is 0 and the Voltage seems wacky compared to O2S1. Any input appreciated.

I don't know how it is possible to have "not passed" and no code. A code tells you what test did not pass.
The #1 O2 sensor is supposed to be all over the place. The #2 O2 sensor should be nearly steady. The #2 sensor doesn't have a trim in an HHR.
I don't know if "not passed" means the test failed or that the test has not run.
Have you "cleared" the memory recently? That would cause all of the readiness tests to run fresh, the EVAP test is last to run and can take a week of regular driving to run.

Hey donbrew,
It is weird no codes were displayed…memory was cleared. The car runs great…no misfires….no stumbling or shaking….but maybe its the lack of driving time. Theres only 10 minutes driving time on these charts. Also, I rarely drive anywhere far away and only drive 2-3 times a week to the grocery store. Maybe I should take on a little run to see whats up. Does the O2S2 voltage look normal to you? Kinda different from O2S1 voltage.

I agree with Donbrew. The purpose of the CEL light is to tell you an emission test didn't pass.
This is the OBD II reader software telling you "not passed". Based on the software showing a "H2O" label on a graph it may be sloppily written software.
Does your CEL light turn on briefly during engine startup? This is a built-in test to assure the light is still working.
If you have not very recently replaced the battery or erased the codes, there should be no tests that haven't had time to finish yet (which could be a reason for the "not passed" indication in the software).
A lot of stuff doesn't make sense here.
Can you have the codes read with a different code reader somewhere (Autozone, etc.) and check for codes and also pending codes?
There ARE some tests which need to fail multiple times in a row before the CEL would be set. I don't know if the O2 sensor code is one of them (donbrew would know better than me which ones).
