Question engine cooling fan running constantly

engine cooling fan starts running at start up and keeps on running. Pulling relays stops it, then starts on putting it back in. Engine temp reading 185-192 . I'm thinking either relay is stuck in on.? or ECM telling fan to run. any thoughts

Welcome to the site, is your A/C or defrost turned on? This turns the rad cooling fan on at any temp.

Yes, but it resets to fresh air each ignition cycle.

Yes SF, it does, I forgot that, thanks.
So, OP is you inside cabin air button turned on after you start the HHR?
It does reset to fresh outside air each start cycle

Pulled radiator cap and it was full hopefully meaning the water pump is working? Other than that I'd next replace to turbo radiator? Since its low to the ground? And I have no ideal what the car has been through before I purchased it but honestly the carfax is 100% the previous owners was great on maintenance and my car is damn near excellent condition inside & out.

Turbo radiator ? Guess you mean the inter cooler.
FYI. That's for cooling the air going into the intake manifold. Has NOTHING to do with your car running hot.

Sorry, I don't even know what you're trying to say here.

Do yourself a favor and find a good repair shop. Based on your posts, you don't seem to have any mechanical knowledge. You sure don't need to be trying to learn on a SS which is a little more complicated than the average car.
