It sound likes it could be an air leak. Have them re-secure it REGARDLESS of normal procedure on the prior work it received. Have you tried to pinpoint the sounds location yourself at all-as in popping the hood and giving it a listen?
Yes I have checked the oil level. Thanks for the tips, but I am not going to ask the Oil Change shop to re-secure something that they didn't touch. I'm sure that I could ask them to do it just to do it, but it wouldnt be because I thought that they screwed something up.

I have tried to pinpoint this problem underneath the hood and the only thing that I noticed was that I could feel air coming from somewhere. I know some motors can generate a fanning of air from the moving belts so It was hard for me to determine if that was normal or not.

no ticks and no codes

I suppose a muffler shop might be able to tell me? I haven't been to one yet.

You can see the flex pipe from the engine compartment, if it's cracked you will see black on it. (normally it's rust colored) You will also hear it really well if the engine is running and someone blips the throttle while you are looking at it....... Just don't get burned.

Thank you for the tips. I plan on getting under the hood when I get out of work today. I'll post up afterwards.

I checked the airbox (and changed the filter while I was at it) to make sure that it was secure. My neighbor came over to give it a listen (he's a certified mechanic) and his words were, " Wow that's going to be a tough one!" lol. He sat in an out of my vehicle while I was making the sound happen and he was stumped. I have to drive to Little Rock for a flight next week and if this is an exhaust leak I hope for it to at least be more noticeable after that.

Here is a pic of the flex pipe. It looks ok to me.

I blame the green sway bar. Green is unlucky.
