Esc Active Always, can't turn it off. HELP

Hello, 2011 HHR LT 2.2

So we've had trouble with the front end, changed both axles, hub assembly and inner tie rod on drivers side. But each time we changed something, what we felt and heard would stop till we got on the road and hit a certain speed then it would start again.

Not too long ago we noticed ESC Active coming on. Figured that's was the problem all along. Tried resetting the system by touching the pos and neg of the battery connections together, also tried turning ESC off. It will not go off.

At random times ESC will slow the car down to 20mph then let driver have control again, also it is pushing breaks at random even going down a straight road.
Please help if you can. Thank you

CheckEngineLight? Accidents? Rear hubs?
DON'T TOUCH THE NEG AND POS TOGETHER. Disconnecting the negative post is good enough. I am assuming that you know the battery is near the spare tire, not the black box under the hood.

My boyfriend knows cars pretty good and the lcas are the only thing he hasn't changed, but he said the look intact. We really think the cause of everything has to do with the ESC

The rear hubs have wheel speed sensors; if 1 or more wheels tell the computer it is turning at a different speed than the others ESC is activated.
If the computer think the car is going in a different direction than the steering wheel is turned to the ESC gets activated. There is steering angle sensor and a lateral acceleration sensor involved. The EBCM is the computer that controls ABS and ESC.

Hiding codes does not fix anything!!!!!!!! I think that vid is malpractice and should be deleted from youtube.
The reason his ESC and Traction was on is the P0013 and/or some of the other codes he is irresponsibly hiding in order to cheat someone.

He is a total idiot.
