Evap System Frustration

Evap System Frustration
Hello,
I'm new to this forum. I have a 2007 Chevy HHR with 168k miles and have had it for about 4 years. The HHR is mainly driven by my wife as her daily driver to and from work. Been a great vehicle except for the last 6-7 months I keep getting p-code issues referring to the Evap system. The code that keeps coming up is p0443 which I know refers to the Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Malfunction. I have replaced the EVAP purge solenoid, evap canister vent solenoid and the charcoal canister. I replaced them all with OEM parts at the same time and reset the computer after replacement. My wife ran the car for 2 days and on the third day (today) the check engine light came up again. I'm at work now so I haven't run the diagnostic yet but I'm pretty sure I'm going to get the same freaking code. At this point, I don't know what to do or what to check next. If anyone out there has any ideas, please let me know. I tried to deal with this on my own but I need some help.
Thanks,

Check the pigtail at the solenoids, they have been known to be a problem

AND #33 EXH. Those 2 will cover both valves. I typed too fast #33 EXH actually is the purge vent and a few other sensors.
And as always a declining car battery can cause havoc.
Just because the light came on does not mean the same code. Some codes mask other codes.

Thanks, everyone. I ran the scanner again and the trouble code was p0445. So, I checked fuses #64 and #33 and visually they seemed good as in no scorch marks or broken connection, not sure if fuses can be bad if they look good visually? I'm using the new solenoid with the adaptor for the pigtail. I didn't clean the 12volt cable that plugs into the solenoid but I will tomorrow. I did reset the codes after I installed both solenoids and charcoal canister. On another note recently I've been having the traction control and abs light come on and off randomly. I doubt the two issues are connected but thought I would mention it just in case. I'm running out of ideas and patience.

This is odd; Mitchell does not list P0445. But the web shows this:
https://www.obd-codes.com/p0445
If it is really P0443 it is the purge valve (under the hood)
The PCM/ECM monitors the voltage to the purge control valve and has detected a lower voltage than expected. It is a PWM circuit, not on/off.
Sometimes the ABS light will illuminate because the T/C is turned off.
Here is the VOM testing data for both valves:
