Exterior black rubber window trim..looks old already?

Exterior black rubber window trim..looks old already?

My rubber trim around my windows on the exterior looks old and dry already. Is there any solution to this? I used armorall and it looks better but seems like a temporary fix...anyone elses trim like this?

keeps it soft and new looking
worked amazing on my motorcycle front windshield gasket and it was already old. looks new now

you can use it on everything but leather seats and carpet
