You're not a mechanic but you changed the fuel pump ? Which one ?
Did you check fuse #29 under the hood ?

FOUND THE CULPRIT!

LOOSE RELAY (#26) PWR TRN!

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE CONSTANT NOD TO UNDER THE HOOD THAT LED ME TO FIND THE PROBLEM!

How about fuse #29 ? Was it blown ? Can you connect your OBD reader now ?

I can and did it works great now.
it was fuse #26 PWR/TRN
SAW THAT RELAY LIFTED ON ONE SIDE SEATED IT RIGHT AND WENT TO TURN THE IGNITION. No flickering and started right up.

I think when he says I can he refers to connecting the code reader.
