Fram Oil Filter O-ring sucks!

UPDATE

Replaced the Fram oil filter and O-ring with AC Delco stuff - no more issues!!

It looked like the Fram O-ring came out of the groove while installing the cap, so with other words the Fram O-ring really sucks ....

none taken, 110,00 miles only have used Fram filters and no issues

AC Delco or nothing for me. I only use factory parts. I even take my car to the dealership during the winter months for oil changes.
I would never use Fram or STP products

Not gonna fault you for using the so called "factory" parts. But, you do realize that GM sources out lots of their parts. AC Delco filters may be made in China, Bulgaria, or who knows where AND by who knows what company. The term "factory" part no longer means anything.
