Question Front end click on full turn

When I full turn, then slowly accelerate, I hear one click. It does this in forward and reverse. Any ideas before I head to the dealership? 2009 2.2L. Thanks in advance, jimpennjr

How long are you keeping it in the maximum turning position?

ChevyMgr, I'm not keeping it there long at all. The first I noticed it was when I turned around in a driveway. I turned right into the driveway, it clicked, then backed out to the left, it clicked, then straightened to the right and it clicked. I tried to reproduce it when I got home and it clicked when I turned right, backed out to the left and pulled forward. Let me know and thanks so far

If you have it turned all the way one way or the other, could it be the steering stops clicking? A little grease on the stops will usually stop the noise.
