growl in lower gears with ac on..
took my hhr to the local chevy today to correct the growl problem. being aware of the TSB 06-01-38-004B, the service mgr agreed that the growl is more than likely caused by the condensor tube/evaporator hose "problem". parts now on order....my question is, exactly how does a condensor tube/evaporator hose wind up making any noise...i cansee a compressor(thank goodness that it seems to ok...although the service mgr introduced it into the conversation). anyway........just wondering.......

I honestly believe your question would be best directed to the technician or the service manager. They should be able to help you understand how this can happen.

How are things going with your HHR? Have you had the repairs done yet?
