Headlights

I have had a problem with a lot of people flashing their high beams at me when I'm on dim. Is there a way to adjust them ? Is anybody else getting flashed?

Steven&cat.....

There is an explanation and illustration in the Owners Book on how to align the headlights, CORRECTLY. It is really quite simple, if you follow the Owners Book instructions.....as stated, by JoeR, in the provided link above.
