Heater Blower Motor Issue

Hi all! I've got a 2006 HHR with a 2.2L and about 275k km on it. This past summer my blower motor and the resistor card quit on me. I replaced them both and it's all working now but I've got a bit of a problem. While the fan is blowing like crazy, not much is coming out of the vents (defrost, dash or floor vents). There is heat, but it's just not being pushed out. I'm able to change the position from defrost to bi-level to floor but there's no real flow from any of them. Any ideas??

Thanks in advance,
Speedy

You may have dislocated the door controls, or the door while R&Ring.

R&Ring? Removing & Reinstalling?? I'm putting it back in the garage tonight. I'll check the door & controls then but I don't see how I could have dislocated it. Anything's possible though.
