What car ? Your info shows a 2002 year model. Since there are no HHR's made until 2006, what kind/year car do you have ?
And that picture, where is it taken ? Doesn't look like part of a HHR that I'm familiar with.

It's located behind the glove box looks like it would be right underneath the passenger side dash or airbag possibly. When I bought it I was told it was a 2002 Chevy HHR how would I find out for sure? When I bought the car I found out after that the dealership I dealt with was a little shady and I didn't even get proper paperwork at first so how would I find out? Were you able to see the link on my post so that you could see the video and hear the clicking noise?

The noise is from the blend door actuator

Uh, they have car registrations in California. You don't have to go by what some guy tells you, just read what it says on the DMV registration. Could even look at your insaurance card. Unless you are also shady and bought an unregistered uninsured car.
Post your VIN, maybe we can help.

Your description sounds like it is a cabin air filter and/or circulation fan.

So the blend door actuator would cause the air to not blow from the vents? By chance do you know is this a hard thing to change an expensive part? I mean I'm going to do the research but just off the top of your head and thank you so much for letting me pick your brain

So you don't think it's the blend door actuator?

Can you hear a fan running? If yes then could be blend door. If you can't hear a fan running then it is the fan, maybe the cabin air filter has collapsed into the fan. Look in your Owner Manual for instructions for replacing the cabin air filter (link in my sig).
