#19 just looks like one of the 3 screw screws that secure the latch mechanism. If you're in need of one, just pull one of the others out then find a matching replacement.
Or go to a wrecking yard and pull some from a donor HHR.

 

That fastener #19 isn’t available, as it is just hardware.

Leo hasn’t been here since April 2014, so I don’t think he’s going to respond to you. Replacing the door handle is fairly easy , I don’t know if hellshotrod will be able to ship to you but send him a PM and ask him how much for the part and shipping.

my L rear door wasn't locking, would close but then just swing open on turns. I prepped for tools and parts acquisition, when the problem self-corrected. My 'check air bag' light has the same inclination- on again/off again.
