While driving my 06 hhr (under 43000 miles on it) my power locks hiccup and unlock and it suddenly it seems to loose power and come right back like a short. This issue is intermittent. My check engine light came on and gave me codes p0700 and p0641 but when i talked to the dealer he said it was BS. He said my problem had to do with my bcm and not my ecm. Help! I love my car but i need it working.

 

Sounds like it may be a ground issue which can be a PITA to locate. But your dealer is incompetant and you need to find a different dealer who is competant.

 

The dealership said it was a computer update that was needed on the TCM.
After the loose wire was fixed!
