Help plz
You've spent a good chunk of money replacing parts. Checking the timing chain is pretty close to free. Pull the valve cover and have a look. The chain should not have any looseness at all.
Also get a code reader and see what diagnostic codes are present. Post them up here, just the alphanumeric codes, ignore the descriptions, as they are often misleading.

Just take the valve cover off and look at the chain sprockets. My guess is the chain won't be there, if it is and there is any visible slack it and the guides need to be replaced. I guess I should add that if it is not there it needs to be replaced.

the chain is still there and it’s not loose
What happened between the last time it started and when it wouldn't start? The usual thing is the fuse box was removed to do other work and then not fastened down correctly (5 in the last 30 days).
Have you checked the run relay and fuse?
Have you done a compression test?
Why not just buy a new car instead of throwing parts around, it would be cheaper.
You still have not defined "bad gas". It is very unusual for gas from a gas station to cause big problems, even a little water is not that bad. Does it mean something besides gas? I have never heard of "bad gas" killing a car. A few gallons of old gas would be pretty well diluted by 10 gallons of good gas. This is not a lawn mower with a 2 pint tank.
