Hi All !
Have a HHR Panel 2008
Door AJAR on dash display stays on all the time as well as all the done lights. ( Had to take dome light fuse out )
Read door hatch works and displays as it should.
Checked both front door plunger switch's
Checked hood, does not remote start when ajar, it's working
Checked fuses, all ok.
Disconnected the battery and reset.
Still on.
Lubed and closed all four doors numerous times.
STILL ON !!
Can anybody HELP ????

Welcome to the site , you don’t mention checking the rear door plunger switches, are they adjusted and working properly?

 

One of your door switches is stuck in the opem position.

 

He’s checked the front doors, and lift gate, rear doors are next logical items to inspect

 

The tail gate switch is built into the latch. On a Panel so are the rear door switches.
