HHR Panel Rear Door Popper problem...HELP!!

Good evening everyone. I purchased a 2010 Chevy HHR panel with the intent on using it for my business. However the rear door poppers don't work. I have to manually open the doors by reaching my hand through the front door to the rear handle. It doesn't seem like the buttons on the dash or the remotes are triggering the doors to open. Could this be a power issue? A BCM? All of the above? None of the above? I've tried checking the fuses in the main fuse panel under the hood as well as the fuse panel under the center console but everything seemed to check out. Am I missing anything?

Welcome to the site, perhaps the poppers are sticking, the door hinges are in need of a good oiling!
Loose wires and ground wires can also cause problems

The poppers aren't making any noise at all. I bench tested the poppers and they work fine. It seems to be an issue in the car. I'm looking for a little guidance on where to start.

relay(s)?
There is a possibility that someone that did not know what they were doing messed with the programming.

You’ve done step one now trace back the wires until you find the issue.
Myself I would check the dash board switches.
I’m looking into wiring diagrams for you.

Thank you. A wiring schematic would certainly help. Are there any additional possible fuse or relay locations other than the 2 main fuse panels?

Look in your owners manual. If you don't have one, there is a link for them above in Donbrew's signature.

I found this. May help.

Make sure yours exist. There is also a relay block in the Rrear quarter panel area. And that extra fuse near the battery.

One of these is for "release" the other is for "lock". I am guessing "release" is the poppers.

Do you have the legend for this schematic?
