Aren't 2007's the ones with the TSB re: fuse box halves seating?
The under hood fuse box is in 2 halves, sometimes they need to be seperated then re seated.
Also, did you check BOTH fuse boxes? There is one Passenger side waterfall.
The other thing is check your brake lights and tail lights, and get an OBDII reading for stored codes.
