High beam problem
#3
I did. The whole story is on Saturday my son noticed the drivers low beam was out. I figured I would drive home with the high beams on so I would have 2 lights on, then discovered that the passenger high beam was also out. I replaced both bulbs only to find the passenger high still not working. I switched the new bulbs and found the bulb was good. I checked the fuse box and saw there were separate fuses for both high and low beams, and all were good. Hence, it must be something in the wiring. The stalk probably activates both sides at once so it can't be that switch. I figured I would post to see if it was a common problem.

Check underhood electrical center 66 is right low beam and 67 is right high beam. Also check the ground.
Since the left side works the multi-function switch would not be an issue. There are 2 relays, 1 for high beams and one for low beams, but since the left side works you can rule them out.

I actually switched the left side and right side fuses, so they were both checked and reseated. I also noticed that the relay is the same for the high and low beams, and switched them just to check. Still no right high beam.

Have you removed the bulb and then checked the socket with a test light to see if there is power coming to the socket? Do the same thing with the ground side to make sure the ground is working properly.
If here is good ground and power coming in to the socket you can eliminate all the fuses, relays and ground as the problem and go from there.
If the bulb is good, possibly a bad connection between the bulb and the socket?
Good luck and hope you find the problem.

That is my next step. CJ from the other forum suggested the same-check connections in socket. It is just a pain since the wires are not very long and I don't want to remove the tire.
