Throttle position sensor is in the throttle body; accelerator position sensor id in the pedal.
The OBS2 test names are in the FREE shop manual via the link in my sig.
P0223 is "Throttle Position Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage". The opposite of P0220 Low voltage.

There are 2 circuits; one is degrees open the other is degrees closed.
