If you are only running one #12AWG circuit from the battery to the front of the vehicle, then splitting to 2 ballasts, you may be incurring too much voltage drop upon ignition of the filament. There is probably a solid state form of a capacitor within each ballast that must build a charge for the gas in the bulbs to ignite. With one circuit, there is probably an instantaneous voltage sag caused by the 1st ballast/lamp that may keep the 2nd ballast/lamp from igniting.

Do a "dry run" first by directly running 2 separate circuits to the ballasts (before you actually snake the wiring through the car).

That's actually my next step tomorrow. I went to Walmart and bought more 12ga earlier.

Be sure to fuse each of the 12AWG circuits separately with 15A min / 20A max fuses as well so the feeds are totally independent. If this works, you may need a 2 pole relay or switch.

Direct wiring of each ballast to the battery is a no go. Same thing. Im fed up with this.. having a bad week, and to top it off, my front bumper wont fit on right with the fogs installed. No clue why.

Make sure the retention clip on your bulb to ballast connector is facing outward. Red on the plus side on the ballast receiving end, if its labeled.

pretty sure it is. i double check, but on the slim ballasts i think it only goes in one way (where as the other bigger ballasts from DDM, they can go in either way i believe)

hey, did you have a hard time getting your bumper cover back on after installing those eBay fogs? since installing them in my bumper, the bumper was HARD to put back on, and it still isnt on right. where it meets the side fenders theres a big gap. it looks bad, so i gotta fix it. i might need a new bumper becuase the tabs are cracked on mine from the 5-6 times i've removed it........lol
