Indicator lights not working

I’m just going on what my wife said, her car I just have to fix it. Says there was lights on the dash that showed PRND etc as to what gear she was in ??

No light on the dash for shifter position. It’ on the shifter console. Sounds like your wife is mixed up about which car she’s driving.

Well then I guess we both feel foolish now . I don’t drive it enough to even notice something like that.
sure glad I asked here before I started tearing things apart.

Shifter light lives down there , a #37 bulb you have to remove the console to get at. Not a bad job just tedious.

If you can convince a dealer that the shifter is stuck you might de able to take advantage of another "hidden" warranty. If it has the leather boot it has been replaced already, that is a 2009 improved design.

Thanks for all the input, firemonger pointed out that there is no shift position light in the dashboard so I guess my wife was just looking for something for me to fix or maybe get me out of the house
