Srl They really do, I hope you get what you want, I love the name you gave it if thats the name GOMEZ or is that your Hubby's name . We must meet one day and cruise together with Novadiecast and the RUDEINC along with a few others, I live on the South East Side. Once again Send me a PM and we will get together.

If it is a true rental it will not have remote start. As with a lot of first run cars GM will fill the rental comp. up with them.
Here in central FL. [very big rental fleet] 7 mouths or 15,000 then go to GM only auction. last tue. of the mouth. always 10-15 there. mostly 1LS but some 1LT's

Talking Thanks

Thank you all for the welcomes. I did return the HHR for fear that it would continue to give me problems. Most of the HHRs that I'm seeing do come from some kind of rental co or fleet.

I have not seen many black ones here in Chi at all. Mostly silver and the blues.

When I returned it the dealership tried to make me keep it even saying they had already cashed my finance check, which I knew was a lie since I called the bank I financed from and told them to cancel the check.

Once they found it they wouldn't get paid thy let me out of the contract.

The HHR is my first bought car and my buying experience is horrid to say the least.

Doesn't deter me though, I will find another "Gomez" someone soon.

BTW, Carmax has no black ones. I wanted to name him after Gomez Adams since he is one of my fave characters. He has to be black for him to keep that name.

To the person that wanted to cruise with me... LOL I'll keep that in mind for when I get my new one...

Thanks all fo all the advice and care.

I shall find my HHR somewhere.

Good luck with the search and glad the dealership was honest enough to take it back.

It might be worth your while to check back in a few days and see what they found wrong with it.

Doesn't sound like they were going to take it back, only after they found out they weren't going to any money.

Good luck with your hunt!

Try cars.com. I found quite a few when i was searching. What dealership did you have problems with?
I found this black one on the website for Dralle chevy in Peotone.

Hope it helps.
